so, a lot of people keep saying that these run small. measure your foot and there will be small (http://www.the-house.com/helpdesk/snowboard-sizing/snowboard-boot-size-chart/). also, make sure you loosen the buoy before you try to slide your foot in. that will allow the cover to open and start to make you. aside from the fact that they are not Street shoes, ergo dimensions are not the same thing---Snowboard boots are supposed to be snug!!! Just measure your foot!
