Review Superfeet GREEN Premium Insoles, PERFECT for high arched feet! NOT LOW ARCH

A several days before. I'm looking for information on the Superfeet GREEN Premium Insoles, so i would like to describe here.

OK, this will get quite technical, so bare with me. just so you know my background here, I used to work for a Podiatrist also regarding one of the largest stores in the world run. If you have low arches, don't buy this-use the superfeet blue. If you have low arches, this can actually cause Plantar Fasciitis causing tension in the Plantar facscia. I saw many reviews saying it's great for low arches, so I wanted to give a heads up. now, the only thing real cool about Superfeet is having the hard plastic bottom. This, contrary to what seems logical, shock absorption is more healthy for your feet. compare it to running on the sand against running on concrete. If you are running on the sand, the joints are working a lot more, and your body is not able to absorb the shock as well, causing pain. If you run the subtalar joint cement splay outwards not much, causing the fatty tissue under the foot to take more of the shock. the Superfeet encourages this with a deep heel cup, thus it supports the heel, forcing fat tissue in your heel cup, creating the best cushioning ever. my personal opinion on this? I have in all my shoes! I have about 10 pairs of Superfeet green-they last forever, and the tip is fully flexible for a big tip-off during the race. There is also a small layer of dense foam between the plastic and where your foot sits, allowing the foot to do it's own "custom" in the slab.
